Course:  How to Recognize Email Threats

Learners: Employees who use an employer-issued email address 

Problem: Employee email accounts are increasingly becoming the target of phishing and virus attacks. Employees currently do not recognize the characteristics of email threats.  This knowledge gap has resulted in profit loss, as private company data is regularly compromised and more man hours must be spent repairing employer-issued computers. 

Solution:  A course is needed to teach employees how to recognize the traits of email threats when using the employer-issued email address. This will result in fewer instances of virus attacks and compromised company data.
